My husband was so excited last night, because for the first time in ages, he is not on standby to work this weekend, so he decided to have a quiet drink to relax and celebrate (he does not normally drink). Five drinks later he was rocken it out to P!NK (our all time favourite artist) in the lounge room (While our girls were fast asleep mind you!), dancing around and singing out loud, proclaiming his undying love for her! He was so funny. Anyway, his good mood must have rubbed off on me, because around 10pm (when I would usually be climbing into bed) I decided to finally ink up my Happy Moments Sale-a-brations set that I got for FREE with a $100 order.
Daniel was bopping along in the lounge and I was bopping along in the craft room, it was a great Thursday night. Here is what I made in just an hour:This pink card was actually inspired by one of my coffee cups, every time I drink out of it I think to myself "these colours and polka dots would look great on a card".
And I just love this little birdie, I cant believe it has taken me so long to ink him up!
And last but not least I made this little number using the crayon resist technique, which was inspired by Danielle Dawes post here.
