Inspiration from Inspired by Nature

When this years main catalogue was released, I just knew I had to have the 'inspired by nature set" I think it is gorgeous, and have seen so many wonderful creations made with it. Unfortunately, I hardly ever use it, so at a recent "Survivor" night with my friend Phil (this is when we watch Survivor and create in the ad breaks) I made these two cards :
I really love the kraft card stock, it combines so nicely with our range of browns. The sentiment is from the "Life's Definitions" set which I initially got as a freebie because it was the most expensive set in the book, but now I can truly see it's worth! It has so many lovely sentiments. My next card was just s a bit of fun because nothing was working for me (very hard creating in the ad breaks) but it ended up coming together quite nicely I thought.
I have also used the en francis background stamp. I have only recently aquired some background stamps, and I cant believe that it has taken me so long to buy some. THey are a wonderful addition to any stamp collection, and I know I will be buying more in the future! Anyway, hopefully my family and I are enjoying some lovely weather in Merimbular and that this post is posting when it should be!

I love this stamp set too. I haven't used it in a while, so I might have to remedy that!

This is such a versatile set - you've shown another couple of fabulous ways to showcase it!
