100th Post

I am off to Thailand in about 5 weeks for my best friends wedding, so I am trying to get organised for all of the birthdays in April & May. I have made this card for one of my girl friends daughters Jemima who is turning 2. The character is 'Upsy Daisy' who you may not recognise if you do not have little ones who watch 'In The Night Garden', but she is a very popular little lady amongst the 2-3 year old population, and I am know that Jemima LOVES her! I think her face is a little frightening but I showed my almost 3 year old Matilda and asked who is this and she boasted straight away "Upsy Daisy" with her little lisp, so there must be a resemblance!lol! I have a punch workshop next weekend, it is one of my favorite things to do! I love seeing what characters I can create using different shapes.
UPDATE: I have added a pic of Upsy Daisy for those who dont know who she is

What a fantastic idea - you really are a punch queen!! Not sure who this character is - but she does look like fun!

Fantastic Leo. I agree you are the punch queen. Not that it means that you go around punching everyone. He He. Jemima will love it.

You have done a great job on your card, I never think to use my punches to make a picture. It must have taken you ages, to stick all the bits down. Well done.

Happy St. Patricks Day to you! You probably do not celebrate it, but what the heck, I celebrate anytime! I will be celebrating when I can breathe again. Love this card. I think these are the most creative, the ones you have to put together. That is what we did before we had stamps. Love the card and I am sure the child will too.
