I have decided that I like simple cards! I made another similar card to the color challenge entry, but this time using the Say it with Scallops set & the square scallop punch, I couldn't resist adding a little bling, although I think that may have tipped my "simple" card over the edge, not to worry!
I also made this card using the Fab Flower set. I saw a card on Yvonne Campbell's blog months ago made using the crystal effects like this, and I have wanted to case it ever since, I am glad that I have finally got around to doing it. I know it looks a little bare at the moment, I do intend on adding a sentiment over the scalloped area, I was thinking along the lines of Mother's Day? Not quite sure yet. Anyway, here is a close up of the crystal effects, I think it is gorgeous!!
