So first I did this God awful card that I was too embarrassed to even post, headed back to my craft table and racked my brains...nothing. I decided to give it a miss, and got out another project I needed to work on, a rejig of an existing card for a stamp a stack next weekend... Guess what...It was the colors of Color Challenge #37, YAY!! How exciting!!
Of course, we don't have baja breeze here in Oz, so I substituted with soft sky, and technically, I think the orange in the dsp in actually groovy guava but I am going to pretend that I think it is pumpkin pie because it really works with this card, and I am not going to mess with it!! The original layout for this card was from the regionals in Melboune last year, but we needed to change it to a standard size card for our stamp a stack, and we also changed the wasabi to old olive so that we could use a marker to ink up the stamp instead of a pad, much easier. We also changed the sentiment from thanks to For You, because then it can be a little more versatile. Anyway, TFL, hope you have a good night :) Oh, and dont forget that you only have until Sunday for the Blog Candy offer, see here for details

Hi Leonie,
Lucky you getting to do that design at training! It's a great set isn't it? And good on you for the "faux" pumpkin pie, that groovy guava is only a little bit in the paper anyway :-)
