New Arrivals

This week has seen the arrival of two little bundles of joy! Congratulations to my good friend Louise on becoming a Nanna for the 2nd time with the arrival of little baby Kai and also to my boss, Brett & his family on the arrival of little Isla.
The new additions gave me the perfect excuse to try out these "romper suit" cards. I think they are so cute and they are so easy to do. There are a million of them on split coast stampers and are more commonly known as "onesies", I guess that is what they call romper suits in the US.
To make these cards you simply punch a hole in the fold for the neck, use scissors to create the arms and punch 2 more holes for the leg holes. I made the frilly bits with my scallop punch and stamped with the bee from the Merci stamp set and the sentiment is from warm words.
All items used are Stampin' Up products. Merci stamp set, warm words stamp set, very vanilla, regal rose & bashful blue cs, regal rose & bashful blue ink.
I also wanted to say a big thank you to my old work buddies Kathryn, Louise and Krystle for dinner last night. I had a terrific time. It was so lovely to catch up and I look forward to doing it again.
